In the food industry, it is used as a leavening agent, dough conditioner, yeast nutrient, brewing fermentation aid, and buffer agent. It is also used as an additive in animal feed. Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate is an efficient nitrogen-phosphorus compound fertilizer. It can be used as a flame retardant for wood, paper, and textiles, a dispersant in the fiber processing and dye industry, a glaze for enamel, a co-formulant in fireproof coatings, an extinguishing agent for matchsticks and candle wicks, and a dry powder extinguisher. It is also used in printing and pharmaceutical manufacturing. It is used as a fertilizer, flame retardant, and in industries such as printing and pharmaceuticals. It is used to prepare buffers and culture media, produce phosphate compounds, fluorescent powders, flame retardants for wood, paper, and textiles, and dry powder extinguishers. It is used as an analytical standard for Kjeldahl nitrogen determination. After the first opening, it is recommended to store it under argon or nitrogen.
